Decades of rich culinary history go into every dish at Pane e Vino. Our Chef, Claudio Marchesan, is a native of Grado, Italy and perfected his craft at ENALC, the premier culinary school in Rome. Our menu consists of vibrant, cosmopolitan renditions of Italian classic cuisine, made from scratch daily, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy.
Many are familiar with Pane e Vino as it’s Los Angeles location has been a part of shaping Southern California food culture for generations. Chef Claudio, along with co-owner Mark Arreola, determined to carry on the Pane e Vino vision while fusing the concept with their own vision of experiential dining.
